FINE DIGITAL AGENCY LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) offers the Ai Assistant service that helps customers and specialists to quickly find the right service or specialist without difficulty. Everything that the service provides and supports is called the Company’s products.
Detailed information about the Company’s activities can be found on the Company’s website.
You accept the terms of use (hereinafter, the Terms) by using the service or any other product of the Company. Modifications or additions to the Terms and Conditions are considered effective from the moment of their publication on the Company’s website. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the current version of the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you have the right not to use the Company’s products.
The Company reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, including the right to assign all or part of its rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party or parties.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Company does not provide services under its orders, is not an employer of specialists and has no responsibility to you for the results of the work of such specialists.
The Company does not guarantee:
• Relevance of information about the Company’s third-party products, goods or services;
• Compensation for damages caused by the use of the Company’s products;
• Uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Company.
REGISTER
To use the service, you must create an account where contact information and order information are stored.
When registering, you provide personal data: name, surname, telephone number, email address and address at which the service can be provided, as well as a list of the services offered.
Your account can be deleted at any time if you wish.
SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
We strongly recommend that you do not share your account password with unauthorized people and that you do not use it on other sites. You agree to inform the Company promptly in the following cases:
• Anyone has gained access to your account;
• Your account is used to perform activities, such as creating orders or messages, that you are not aware of.
The company can show specialists customer data: their rating, the number of reviews, the date of account creation, photo, the fact of having social networks (without a link to the account). Chats with specialists, recordings of telephone conversations with the Company may be available for viewing.
The Company has the right to deny access to information or delete your account at any time and without giving reasons.

The Company has the right to provide your data in case of:
• Receive a request from law enforcement, judicial or other government authorities;
• The company has received information about possible illegal activities;
• In any other case, in accordance with the law that is applicable to the parties.
Use of Company materials
The use of information is permitted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Never:
• Deletion of any data from the site;
• Use of the Company’s materials in the context of possible cooperation;
• Use of the Company’s means of individualization (brand name, trademarks, etc.) for advertising purposes, monetization of any project, demonstration of cooperation experience and examples of work without the written consent of the Company.
GOVERNING LAW
The Terms, as well as any legal relationship related to the use of the Company’s products, are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
